Excellent Product

This is a well made, safe and sturdy step/rail to assist people with mobility issues getting in and out of bed. I bought this for my wife after an illness. We have a high bed and she is short and was having difficulty safely getting in and out of bed. This made a world of difference and now she can easily get herself in and out of bed safely. I'll also add that I am a RN and work in home care. I would recommend this product to my own patients. It cost a little more than some other products but the width and stability it provides make it worth it.

One of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

After surgery, this made my life so easy. It is truly wonderful and I will continue using it. As I said earlier it is without doubt, one of the best purchases I have ever made!

Great Product...Great Service

This is a great product. My dad needed a step to get into bed. This product is sturdy and comes with a handle and a motion detecting LED light that facilitates getting into bed and gives a piece of mind that loved ones would not trip getting out of bed.I had also a great experience contacting the seller to customize the product to get a second high rail. They were quick to reply, and when I accidentally ordered multiple of same item (accessories), they checked with me and refunded me. Nice folks!

Wonderful solution to a serious problem

One of my housemates twice fell while trying to get out of bed. There are three of us here, all over 67 years old, so we had to call in reinforcements to help her off the floor. Not good. We researched various handrail type products but none of them seemed sturdy enough considering most of them relied on part of the unit being lodged under a mattress. Then we found step2bed. There was a problem initially due to a missing part. The company's customer service was outstanding. The part was shipped; we assembled the unit (easy even for arthritic hands) and my housemate loves it. It even came with instructions as to how to best use the unit to get in and out of bed! The rubber feet are extremely non-skid and the unit is steady enough to give confidence to the user. The motion-sensor light is a big plus. This is the first time I have ever written a review, but considering the challenges faced by our aging population I thought it important to share my appreciation for step2bed and the company that makes it.
