Return & Refund Policy

 

Thanks for shopping at Baiera Wellness Products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund via email correspondence after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please be aware that we reserve the right to determine the eligibility of a refund.

 

Shipping/Restocking Fee: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item; the standard rate of $30.00. The restocking fee is $15.00. Shipping costs and restocking fees are nonrefundable. Please contact us for the proper return label. If you opt to return the product through your own means, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur in transit. These damages include, but are not limited to, torn packaging, broken, bent, or missing parts. If you purchased your unit through one of our resellers, please follow their return policy. The repackaging procedures will remain the same.  You will be charged additional shipping costs (an additional $30.00) if your product is shipped to the incorrect warehouse facility. Please contact us for the proper return address and procedures to ensure your unit is eligible for a refund. There will also be a charge of an additional $15.00 to have us schedule UPS to pick up your package. There is no charge if you drop off your package to a local UPS store or wherever UPS packages are accepted for drop-offs. 

Items that are enroute or delayed while in transit (due to unforeseen weather delays) during shipping may only be returned after they are delivered to your residence or place of business. We are not responsible for these delays while in shipping but will make every effort to ensure the package arrives to you in a timely manner.

Refusal: Upon receiving your item and you refuse delivery for any reason other than the package being damaged, you will be charged an extra $15.00 for a handling fee-in addition to the standard reshipping and restocking fee of $45.00. It is your responsibility to contact us by calling 619-633-3305 or sending an email to info@step2health.com to make us aware of the damage and your refusal of delivery. We will always strive to make sure you receive any and all items in satisfactory and working condition.



Eligible Returns: If the unit arrives back to us and the tubing is bent, then it will not be accepted as an eligible return.  If the tall grab bar's foam piece is ripped or torn then it will not be eligible. If the unit is stained or there is any discoloration at all, it will not be eligible.  If the tape is coming off of the step, it will not be eligible. If the clamps are bent or damaged in any way, it will not be eligible. If the base step material is torn or damaged in any way, it will not be eligible.

Step2bed Deluxe units are eligible for returns. All of the included accessories must accompany the unit and be returned within the same original packing as the step2bed and their respective accessories. If any of the included accessories are missing from your return you will be charged the list price of the accessory. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refurbished Units are not eligible for returns and/or any refunds.

Fully Assembled Units are not eligible for returns and/or any refunds.

All Accessories (LED Light, Tall Grab Bar, Glow in the Dark Tips, Cane/Walking Stick Holder, Grip Tape, Foam Pads and all both Accessory Deluxe Packs) are not eligible for returns and/or any refunds.

All international/foreign country orders are ineligible for returns (this includes orders from Alaska and Hawaii). All sales to these localities are final. 

All sales to foreign countries (other than the United States) are subject to duties and fees imposed by their respective municipalities. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and not Baiera Wellness Products, Inc. dba step2health.

Once the units are inspected and are deemed to meet our eligibility requirements, we will begin to process your refund. This refund will amount to the cost of the unit less the shipping costs and restocking fees ($45.00).

Extended Warranties purchased with any and all orders are not eligible for a refund.
