The step is stable and heavy enough to stay put. The step itself is a little high for my husband. Even an inch or two would make him feel more confident.

Why beds have to be so high is beyond me. The Step2Bed mini is a relief to have when we travel. Try a handicapped room and having no way for us old people to get into a bed that is 3 feet off the floor. Step2 Bed mini isn’t something I am wildly wanting to travel with but without it my choice is to lift may wife in and out of bed. I’m 79 and that’s not likely. thank you S2B

The item is too large.

Took me a little to get used to it, but now it’s great-step up, turn around, and sit down comfortably onto the bed!
No more “run and jump” or “Fosbury Flop” getting into bed!
Light enough i can move it with one hand for cleaning or making the bed, but sturdy enough to handle my 320lb frame.

I wish the unit were a little lighter, but I suppose the weight is actually a safety enhancement, so I can't complain too seriously about that. Otherwise, it make getting into and out of my bed, which had a 19-in. mattress atop the bed frame, much, much easier. Bottom line: it does what it's supposed to do and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

I love this stool. It was very easy to assemble and it is very sturdy. I love the fact that it has a height adjustment. I am using it to get into and of my SUV right now. I love it and I am so happy that I made the right choice!

We purchased the Ste2Bed Mini to help our 94-year-old aunt get into our van. She steps up on the step, slowly turns around while switching her hands between the supports (with us in attendance) and sits down on the seat without any problems and without the fear associated with less sturdy aids. It's wonderful to have something she feels safe using to step up into the van. This isn't what the unit was meant for, but it is a lifesaver for us. We can transport her with much less stress than before.

So good to be able to sleep in my own bed. Plus I use the mini to help get in cars with high floors (most SUV’s}. Also helps me reach my kitchen cabinets. Lets me be able to do more for myself. Just love it.
