Slightly larger than expected & a bit uneasy. But it does the job safely enough.

My husband put it together in an hour, the instructions were adequate. We question why the low pole handle isn’t higher and should it have padding also? Otherwise, it’s made getting in and out of my bed so much easier and safer.

Timely delivery. One lower tube was bent which made assembly tricky.

I bought a used step2 and it came with dented openings for adjustable height feet to insert into. I had to use pliers and vice grip to try and make openings round again, then rubber mallet to get them on. I almost sent it back but got it together. Now spouses refuses to use it (severe dementia)

No problems putting together the refurbished step. Works excellent. Thanks.

Refurbished Step2Bed

Return from a vacation last week, attempted to assemble the Step2Bed but was able to do so because there were so many damaged parts that the assembly was impossible to complete. I am going to attempt to get reimbursed for this product.

I received my step2bed. It was easy to put together and it is a God send for me.
My mattress is 12" tall and it sets on top of a double set of waterbed storage drawers which makes it very tall. I have severe pain when I first get up and was afraid I would fall. With the handrails on both sides and a wide step it gives me the support I need. The light is also a wonderful addition when I get up in the middle of the night.

I received the item and it would not adapt to my bed. I was refused a credit back on my card because it supposedly was refurbished.
I will not ever buy from this company again !!!!

It states it was to come with a light but no light was in the package. The one leg did not fit we had to force it with a rubber hammer. Some paint was chipped upon opening the package.

It’s probably the fourth email/phone call. I’ve had to make regarding this. I ordered this because I am having surgery this Friday and my husband also has Parkinson’s. I needed this type of bedside support so we could safely get in and out of bed. Arrived without any instructions and we tend to go online to find them We tried to put this together. The holes on the horizontal Support bar did not lineup where we had to attach so screws would not work , there were scratches on part of the round opening that would not allow the other pole to go through , and one of the connectors was cracked. I sent pictures. Someone emailed me days ago and I responded and I’ve heard nothing since but as I said, I want my money back because I will have to find something else quickly to support me when I come back from the hospital this weekend and for my husband, who has Parkinson’s very disappointed and the quality control. I received this order 2 weeks ago and have been communicating this problem since very early June.

This relatively easy to assemble step made all the difference for my mom who has Lewy Body's Dementia. It is sturdy, slip-proof with handles on either side for added security. The height is adjustable and it is wide enough to accommodate her whole foot and long enough, so she doesn't have to figure out where to step. I would have liked if it came with a small Phillips-head screwdriver and "disposable" wrench to make sure everything was screwed together tightly enough but the product itself is excellent!

After a fire in our house, we are in an apartment for a while with a high bed: 29 inches to floor. We set the step to bed at 5.5 inches, and a 3 inch yoga step first. My wife can now get into bed! Thank You for a great product!

I like that I can use it to climb into bed without assistance.

Wonderful sturdy and a good value

This platform is solid & useful. Putting it together takes time & patience. It also requires strength, as there are many bolts & nuts to tighten that will determine the safety of the product.

The light is a must. Very sturdy and stable. My 91 yo aunt loved it
