My wife loves her Step2bed. The only problem is her puppy hasn't figured out where to go to jump off the bed.

Step2Bed

I recently underwent serious spinal surgery (laminectomy and L3-L5 fusion). Our bed is unusually high and I was nervous about getting into and out of bed. We researched options online and found the Step2Bed. It is not inexpensive but has many advantages: solidity (it's not going anywhere); its handrails at different heights; its non-slip surface. I have felt completely safe using it. I showed it to my occupational therapist when she did her first visit and she said she had never seen anything so substantial and planned to mention it to other clients.

My mother purchased a step stool she loves it but it was missing some screws. She loves the night light.

Its too wide for my mom, needs a shorter length. Plus its not stable. Its wiggly. Any suggestions?

My wife uses the stairs easily and safely.
Only negative- tape for the moton light does not stay stuck, dropping it onto the floor, twice in two weeks now.

My wife had two constant complaints about our bed: she had to put a topper on the mattress, so it was 4 inches taller than previously; and, she needed to get in and out of bed a lot at night, with very poor vision. She can now pop in and out of bed with ease (the step height is adjustable) and there is no risk of falls from darkness as she heads to the bathroom. Also, she can easily move the step to make the bed. Perfect!

The product could be shorter in length

Works perfectly, does what it says it does, and makes life easier. The cat doesn't approve of the sensor light; but that's another story.

I suffer with Osteoarthritis in both knees, and most times it's difficult to get in and out of bed. I could use high handles on both sides

At only 4’11” tall getting in and out of bed was becoming a challenge to me as I aged. I feel so much better now and that auto light is an added bonus!

I liked the sturdy base and grips on bars. The only thing missing was the lights. It would have gotten 5 stars had the product been complete. There was no way to ask for a correction on the lights.

The Step2bed helped my mom who’s 4’10” get in and out of bed easily after hip replacement surgery.

My husband has Lewy Body Dementia and his balance is really off. This step is perfect for helping him in and out of bed.

My bed is especially tall because it is adjustable. So as I got older it was increasingly difficult to get in.

We ordered a very-too-high bed and frame for a family member with mobility issues. This step has solved the problem! It is sturdy, lights up in the dark as advertised and has been a game changer for this person.

Was easy to assemble and adjust height of step platform. Received on time.

There was a piece missing when it arrived. It was the crossbar. I called the company and we received in several days later. I would have liked to have it overnighted since we had already taken apart the previous equipment. Once we had all the pieces it was easy to assemble and sturdy. It was difficult to attach the Velcro straps and I did not think it was secure enough. I secured it in the same area with some small bug y cords which worked great. So far we are happy with it! The light sensor adds to the safety.
