We purchased the Ste2Bed Mini to help our 94-year-old aunt get into our van. She steps up on the step, slowly turns around while switching her hands between the supports (with us in attendance) and sits down on the seat without any problems and without the fear associated with less sturdy aids. It's wonderful to have something she feels safe using to step up into the van. This isn't what the unit was meant for, but it is a lifesaver for us. We can transport her with much less stress than before.
